Susan McGlamery of QuestionPoint will be hosting a Virtual Users' Group
Meeting via WebEx for AskAway Illinois participants on Friday, October
28 from 10:30 a.m.-noon.

 

The agenda is still being finalized, but will include an update on
AskAway's status, as well as a helpful discussion of service quality
issues.

 

Two quick requests:

*         Please feel free to share this with anyone who might be
interested, but you think might not be on the AskAway mailing list.

*         If you can determine in advance, please send me or Susan
McGlamery (mcglames at oclc.org) a quick reply to let us know if you
anticipate attending, just so we have an estimate.  (If you need to
decide at the last minute, it's OK...just join in then.)
