Anyone going to PLA? If so, consider going to the QuestionPoint User Group meeting during Thursday’s no-conflict time, 12:30-1:30. I’ll be presenting on the topic of increasing chat traffic at your library. My comments will be of a general nature (applicable to non QP chat services, too), so feel free to forward to your colleagues at non-QP libraries.
